This was the first Toby Keith Concert that I attended and the first time at the Ford Amphitheatre. The concert was great and so is the Amphitheatre, If you have never been there you need to go and experience it. The big drawback to the Amphitheatre is the price of food and drinks. I spent almost as much on food and drinks as the cost of the tickets. With the number of people that this place holds, they could certainly reduce the price on that stuff. Nineteen dollars for two beers.... Com'n on... that's just ridiculous... even if they were 24 oz ! But I have to say, there was no sign that times were tough.. the place was packed!
Next time I go, I plan to spend some time
tailgating in the parking lot. That's where all the crowd action is
before the show... If you can read between the lines.
