Vinnie has been hanging on
to a "free draft" card for a long time and every now and then she got
it out and said
"We gotta go check this place out sometime"!
Well, we were at that new
Wine place on Park street in St. Pete when she came across that card in her
wallet and since we were in the neighborhood ..we decided to check
it out. Maybe we just hit it on a good day since it was Saturday, but I suspect
that it's a jump'n place all the time. You can bet we will be going back.
The owners Sue and Billy welcomed us and everybody in the place made us feel like we were long lost friends...

You just don't find many places like that anymore and you could tell that they treat everyone like that... because the place was packed !
Now me being a retired United Auto Worker Union Representative... I just felt like I was back in the Union Hall with that "Big" Photo of the 1957 Chrysler Assembly line hang'n on the wall there (it took up the whole wall).

I can just tell this is going to become one of my favorite places, and I could tell that everyone was welcome there.. not just blue collar workers.... A real neighborhood bar!
